KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. SALES AND MARKETING (60%)
Achieve revenue/volume targets by growing the remittance business of the bank with the proper management of shipping tie-ups' accounts and implementation of marketing plans and strategies. Look for prospective shipping partners and facilitate the accreditation of the potential partner in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. Ensure that the accreditation process is strictly followed and documents are completed before the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement. Conceptualize and submits marketing plan for Management Approval; manage implementation of marketing plans. Implement various remittance programs in coordination with branches and shipping/manning agencies to enhance remittance generation. Provide updates to Management on the shipping market which may have impact on the remittance business. B. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (25%)
Ensure that partnership with various shipping & manning agencies are well maintained at all times, including the Know Your Client of it's principals, stockholders, directors, directors, and key management officers. Establish constant communication with partners to maintain business relationships, and monitor their performance. C. REPORTS (10%)
Facilitate complete documentation of prospective tie-ips. Monitor the performance of the shipping partners on a per remittance product type, transactions count, volume and income, and provide monthly reports to the Management. Review and evaluate on a regular basis (quarterly/semi-annual) the account profitability of shipping partners to achieve target revenue. Accomplish and submit on a timely manner accurate and relevant reports in compliance with AMLA and BSP regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures. Monitor newly registered manning agencies with POEA and provide report to Shipping Sales Head. D. OTHERS (5%)
