Shift Supervisor

Oversee daily F&B operations to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.
Maintain inventory, supplier relations, and purchase goods for our e-commerce platform.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train and manage the F&B team for peak performance.
Analyze consumer data for product assortment optimization.

Educational Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is required.
Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated ability in team leadership, operations management, upholding quality control standards, and a strong work ethic are essential. Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
