Duties and responsibilities

Create shift schedules for team membersDistribute all necessary tasks and duties during each shift in a fair and effective mannerAssess individual team member abilities and aptitudes, incorporate into shift duties to promote happy employees and effective workflowsOversee all team members and ensure all duties and tasks are being performed efficiently and effectively during each shiftManage time-off requests and unexpected no-show situationsFacilitate disciplinary action when necessaryMaintain a work environment that encourages compliance with safety laws and employment guidelinesSet performance goals for individual team members, create reward systems and/or contests as neededEnsure production goals are metParticipate in weekly management meetings to discuss goals, progress, and any issues in need of resolution.Handling customer issues and employee disputes
Job Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in College (if undergraduate). Preferably, Graduate of any 4-yearBusiness Course or equivalent.At least 1 year working experience.Work Experience in retail industry is a plus.Strong leadership and customer management abilities.Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be analytical and critical thinkersMust have entrepreneurial skillsAbility to manage people.Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
