Scope & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain safety, health, and environmental programs aligned with Corporate SHE Unit and Regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and awareness.Ensure adherence to industry best practices in safety, health, and environmental management.Monitor and report on compliance with SHE programs and standards.Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization regarding SHE initiatives and performance.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any related field.Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a Safety, Health, and Environment Officer in any industry.Should have completed training equivalent to Safety Officer 3 as per OSH Law.Required competencies include proficiency in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, accreditation/certification as an Occupational Safety and Health officer, and pollution control officer.Proficiency in Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems, as well as accreditation/certification as an Occupational Safety and Health officer and pollution control officer. Preferred Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
