Location: Both Gilmore & Pasig Site
Work Set up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Shifting
Salary: 50k to 55k max salary offer

Job Requirements: Must be a College Degree in any courseat least 2-3 years experience in Workforce ManagementExperience with forecasting and schedulingWith supervisory experience handling Lead Real Time Analyst or Lead Workforce LeadExperience in handling all LOB (Email, chat and voice).Amenable to work both Gilmore and Ortigas.Willing to start ASAP
