Shared Services Support Officer/ Sales & Marketing

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of BS Marketing or any related course
- At least one year experience or related work experience, fresh graduates are also being considered
- Knowledge in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Admin Functions
- Good in oral and written communication, customer-centric, team oriented and with attention to details
- Willing to work in office-based and work from home set-up from Mondays-Fridays (8 hours)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Document customer trouble reports and escalate to established standard operating procedures
- Weekly report & updates on encountered concerns in relation to customer journey experience (e.g.
tech issues, service issues, etc.).
- Assist agent's/broker's prepaid orders and analyze and report the e-commerce customer journey
- Attends to non-sales related inquiries/concerns (e.g.
activation, tech issues, etc.)
of clients from PhilCare Social Media accounts (e.g.
FB Messenger and comments on site and Wais Care, IG DM and Linkedin PM) as filtered and endorsed by the SocMedia Officer
- Official Receipt (OR) Input to Sales Reportand assist in the renewal telemarketing process
- Assist the Sales team in the preparation of deliverables for pre-sales, sales and after sales activities and campaigns (e.g.
liaise with internal units, etc.)
- Assist in appointment setting, in cooperation with the Direct Sales Team
- Performs other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
