Settlement Officer

1. Communicate with various trucker/ suppliers to obtain necessary reconciliation data, complete related expense reconciliations, submit collection through the system, and track the completion of the collection process.
2. Complete settlement work between trucker/ suppliers and carry out expense collections.
3. Implement and track communication and coordination between trucker/ suppliers regarding expenses and existing issues.
4. Monitor and reconcile daily receipts, conduct on-site inspections promptly for any anomalies.
5. Responsible for checking the data of settlement payment business to ensure the accuracy of settlement-related data.
6. Perform data checks for settlement payment business to ensure accuracy of related data.
7. Responsible for daily follow-up and resolution of system anomalies to ensure data integrity.
8. Other task that may assigned from time to time
