Servicenow Senior Developer

Job Summary ServiceNow Technical Consultant - You will be working with a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) enterprise service management software that specializes in 15 Product Line areas or modules to automate the business world. IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), SAM or HAM (ITAM) applications all provide forms-based workflow application development and there are 11 more.

Responsibilities Your day to day will consist of creating automated business processes with the power of Coding and helping solve issues our clients' users may have with the platform. In a nutshell, your main mission is to deliver unparalleled service to our clients. You will develop these skills: Knowledge of ITIL processes, Web-based Application development (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS), Systems Integrations (REST and SOAP API solutions), and Automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and Q-Unit. You will face clients from different cultures, learn how to engage customers, manage your own time, improve your attention to detail, learn how to solve complex problems, and gain professional empowerment.

Certifications Required 3 plus years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations and/or integrations. Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers.
