Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborates with the business analyst and clients to develop enhancements, workflows, flows and scoped apps within ServiceNowExperience in designing new servicenow applications, integrations using various methods and data feedsCollaborates with internal and external partners to ensure solutions provide the best user experience.Works with partners to design and implement integration/data feeds/interfaces with other systems, such as APIs and AuthenticationParticipates in platform communities and stay up to date on new software technologies and best practicesExecutes software installations, creation, configuration, and loadsPromote ServiceNow and CMDB best practices and recommend out of the box solutions where appropriate.Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Recommends process improvements and displays a continuous improvement mindsetQualifications4-8 years of experienceBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field.
