We are seeking motivated Japanese-speaking individuals to join our team as ServiceNow Developers. This role is open to candidates with a technical background or fresh graduates of IT, Computer Science, or Engineering courses who wish to transition to ServiceNow technology. Comprehensive training in ServiceNow development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Integrate ServiceNow with other applications via APIs. Write and maintain efficient, reusable code. Design user-friendly interfaces. Participate in Agile development processes and team meetings. Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Qualifications: Fluent in Japanese (native speakers or N3 – N1 level). Technical background OR fresh graduate of IT, Computer Science, or Engineering courses. Strong interest in transitioning to ServiceNow technology. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
