Servicenow Architect (With Hrsd Background)

Qualifications: 4-6 years of relevant experienceHave experience in HRSD and the ServiceNow platform (i.e., Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End, and other related modules, etc..)Have experience or can quickly learn how to integrate with several services and APIs built using Microsoft Technologies (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure APIM, Azure DevOps, etc..)Normal office hour. This role will be assigned to the Employee Query/Resolution Management product team in the HR Digital Platform.

- To perform activities associated with one or more software engineering lifecycle phases

Principal Accountabilities: Understand customer requirements and suggest solutions or alternativesFill timesheets and complete invoicing process on or before the deadlineEngage with customer teams on an ongoing basis on all aspects of project deliverySeek informal feedback and escalate any issues to seniors in the teamDevelop software code as per specifications, by understanding customer requirementsTrack open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resourcesConstantly review if there is a better way of doing things, which may help with economising time or money or deliver better to the customerPerform code reviews as per standards and provide timely status updateMonitor and track defects and manage any change requestsParticipate in quality reviews and implement quality normsBuild reusable components and participate in review processesDevelop and review project consolidated status reportsPerform all activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management, including re usage, accuracy and efficiencyPromote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinatesProvide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix
