Job responsibilities: Designs, develops and documents new ServiceNow Module configurations and servicesEstimates work effort required through to implementationAssists System Administrator with ServiceNow incidents and requestsProvides guidance for ServiceNow System AdministratorsServiceNow development, configuration and advanced system administration experience Job Requirements: Must be a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; preferably with ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification and/or ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentServiceNow development, configuration and advanced system administration experienceStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationshipsExperience in Active Directory/LDAPMust have experience developing process documentation Recruitment Process:
