Job Role
Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system including initiating approved changes to the process and workflows, system configuration and potential enhancements.
Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering and solution design.
Partner directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow; identify root causes of issues and assists with end user communications and knowledge bases.

Requirements
Graduate of Any IT Related fieldWith at least 1 year exposure in using ServiceNow configuration & AdministrationExperience in ServiceNow implementations (Knowledge module, Calls module, Configuration Management)
