The Role: Service Support Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Service Support Analyst to help us unlock further
commercial value for our business.
What will you do?
Administrative Support to Service Hub Site Leader
Complete SLA agreement with correct cost
(a) registration/validation of new cost center
(b) update cost per year per workstream
(c) update/compute the team's Sales SIP
(d) assist stakeholders in understanding the cross charging
Support the OPA and cross charging to all stakeholders
Support Team leaders in charging the correct cost
In charge of responding to customer inquiries related to OPA/Sern concerns
and other internal billing inquiries, billing documents, uploading documents in
SharePoint.
Qualifications Who would be successful?
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.

o Able to develop effective working relationships with sales teams and
internal/external supply network
