Service Supervisor

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
A Service Advisor works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed.
Service advisors also handle the administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations.
They work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
A Service Advisor's main job is to interpret customer concerns and comments for the technician, so that the technician will diagnose problems correctly.
The advisor then translates the technician's findings, which may be very complex, into language the customer will understand.
As with all positions within dealerships, service advisors are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
**KEY TASK**
- Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
- Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
- Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer's schedule.
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-associates and superiors.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards and housekeeping rules.
- Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by Service Supervisor/Department Manager from time to time.
- Submit monthly reports to Service Manager.

- Physical fitness and strength
- Good Communication skill (verbal and written)

**QUALIFICATIONS** - Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Technology or any related course - With 1 year work related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Must have a valid driving license and clean driving record - Experienced with Management Software preferred - Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
