POSITION OBJECTIVE
- The Service Leadman is mainly responsible for providing technical assistance toward quality and satisfactory service to all its dealers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Vehicle maintenance and proper troubleshooting process
Must follow standard servicing procedures and processes established by the company.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and clean.
Secure and returned old parts properly to customer vehicle
Organizes work by reviewing daily requirements; checking and gathering supplies
Completes vehicle service requirements by cleaning windows, lubricating, changing filters, tires, and belts, keeping coolant, window cleaner, and tire air up to level, etc.
Keep vehicles presentable by maintaining the cleanliness and removing the waste
Stores and retrieves vehicles by driving and parking vehicles when authorized.
Secures vehicles by locking doors, windows, and trunks before leaving the vehicle.
Maintains a safe environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with traffic and driving regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities/training, reading service publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization missions (5's) by completing related results as needed.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Service Advisor and After Sales Manager
Ensure vehicle safety and quality during servicing.
Recommend workshop tools and equipment that conform to manufacturer specification needed in the dealership.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive or any technical course in Automotive
Job Related Experience
- At least two years work related experience in an Automotive industry
Skills and Competencies:
Computer literacy, report writing skill, customer service orientation, communication skills, automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
