Job Summary Under direction of the Tournant Financial Controller and Service Manager - Finance, the Service Leader - Finance is responsible for the financial planning and analysis, allowing the management to make financially sound decisions. The position requires high level of analytical skills, financial forecasting skills with the ability to identify data patterns and trends. Service Leader - Finance shall be able to determine the best use of resources to achieve business objectives. They will be expected to produce regular reports using financial data, drive process improvements, including the creation and development of standard reports and tools to increase productivity, and work collaboratively across the entire finance team to analyze business performance and strategy. Duties & Responsibilities Maintains confidentiality of all documents, materials and all information in relation to assigned duties and other company matters.Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting hotel operational data.Prepares projections, financial forecasting reporting, and operational metrics tracking for new hotel projects.Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Prepare operational budget and fund requirement for pre-opening hotels.Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes; recommending actions.Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.Maintains a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and model Identify and drive process improvements including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboardsPerforms market research, data mining/ banking, business intelligence.Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting toolsRecommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conducts training as needed.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time. Qualifications Accounting graduate with experience in any accounting related jobs.Certified Public Accountant with at least 1 auditing or financial modeling experience.Three years' experience in the field of accounting handling the same position.Knowledgeable with Accounting Systems such as IFCA and MS Dynamics NAVProven working experience as an Accountant and Analyst.Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applicationsHands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packagesOutstanding presentation, reporting and communication skillsProven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysisWell informed in current financial subjects, tax laws, money market and business environmentAmenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
