Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the project together with technicians and outsourced personnel.
Testing, installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic instruments and systems and other various instruments
Preventive and corrective maintenance of test instruments and peripheral equipment
Installation, calibration &/or servicing of equipment as needed
Assist Supervisor & or Team Leader in the evaluation and planning of projects
Test accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers and other `recording, indicating, or controlling instruments to locate defective components in systems, using test equipment such as pressure gauges, potentiometers, ammeters, voltmeters and wattmeter
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of test instruments and peripheral equipment and conducts tests of performance and reliability of mechanical or electromechanical equipment
Calibrates reading on instruments according to standards adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function
Confers with engineers, supervisor and other technical workers to assist with equipment installation, maintenance and repair techniques
Guide all service technicians for skills development
Pre-audit of the Project requirements
Compliance to Permit
Inventory of the tools & service equipment
Manpower Allocation to ensure complete workforce
Site Survey if needed together with the Sales Engineer
Ensure the accuracy of all company's instruments, controllers, etc., and that of Clients
Project monitoring
Daily conduct Safety Meeting at the start of the day
Ensure that all Team Members are in proper PPE
Provide daily progress report to Team Leaders at the end of the day
Provide pictures as part of daily reporting
Post Audit of the Project Implementation
Submission of complete project reports & documentation
Collate Project evaluation/assessment for post activity review & reporting for future project improvement
Job Qualifications:
Education: Degree holder in Engineering such as Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering and Electronics & Communications Engineering (But now prefer is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering)
At least three (3) years or more experience
Experience in power plant and Instrumentation is an advantage
A plus if there is field experience on installation and commissioning of instruments
A plus for any instrumentation related Seminars or Trainings
With knowledge on MS Visio, MS Project
Work with minimal supervision
A Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours job
Must be articulate and have a strong growth mindset
Willing to travel to customer facilities, nationwide
Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
