DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• A service engineer reports to the Technical Supervisor.
• As a service engineer, the applicant must know how to conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the machines.
• They are responsible as well for the alignment in the calibration, quality control, checking and testing of machines prior to delivery.
• A service engineer is the one who conducts the evaluation of machines. To assure that the machines are functional and operational.

• A service engineer conducts an orientation, demo, and actual running of the machine with the clients or customers.
• In addition, service engineers are expected to do clerical works such as the submission of various reports that is related to their day-to-day activities and responsibilities.
• As a Service Engineer, the personnel is expected to be "on call" this means that they are expected to address the concerns of the clients or customers beyond working hours such as during weekends and holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• We are looking for a graduate of BS ECE, BS in Electronics Engineering, including vocational courses related to engineering that have experience in the diagnostic field (Except Computer, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering).
• The applicant may or may not have a PRC license, provided that the applicant possesses good skills in troubleshooting machines and
equipment.
• The job requires the applicant to be patient, hardworking, flexible, and willing to learn, so as not to compromise the efficiency and the performance of the entire department.
• The applicant is expected to be able to adapt to the changes, is fit to work, and able to work under pressure. This is to ensure that the applicant will provide quality service to the clients and customers.
• The job also requires the applicant to be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
• It is important that the applicant is willing to travel or to be assigned in different areas nationwide and willing to work beyond office hours such as during the weekends, holidays or beyond the set office hours, if needed, so as not to compromise the performance of the department or to cause a delay in the operations of the corporation.
