Service Engineer - Butuan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Electronic and Communication). Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Required skill(s): Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Computer Networking, Troubleshooting, Machine and System Repair. Responsibilities Ensures efficient functioning of office equipment of clients by conducting troubleshooting; Conducts preventive maintenance as needed; Provides user-training and technical demonstration to client or end-user if deemed necessary; and Strike rapport to improve client-relationship as part of client retention program. Additional Requirements Willing to undergo training and do field work; With good interpersonal and communication skills; Knows how to drive a motorcycle & with driver's license; NCII certificate in computer systems servicing (or other relevant courses) is preferred, but not required; Willing to work in Butuan City (onsite).
