Job Description: Service Engineer: Responsible for the inspection and testing of received equipment, installation and commissioning of equipment for customers, and monitoring, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. The Service Engineer will ensure that exceptional customer service levels are consistently achieved. Junior Service Engineer: Provides necessary technical and administrative support and assistance to the Service Team to achieve the unit's goals and objectives.
