Working experience in IT consulting or MSP is a plus.Must be able to touch type at 40 words per minute or better.Excellent customer service skills: communication skills (both verbal and written), patience and enjoyment in interacting with end users is a MUST!Excellent attention to details: punctuality, scheduling, documentation, record keeping, etc.Use good judgment to effectively prioritize work.Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while focusing on high-priority tasksDue to rapid company growth, tech must be able to keep a level head in an often-fast paced environment.Absolutely MUST be willing to joke around and have FUN with their team! Technical Experience:Knowledge/experience of Active Directory is helpful. Some familiarity with setting up domain controllers, DNS, adding servers and workstations to AD, user setup, group policy, login scripts is helpful.Knowledge/experience with Hosted Exchange.Knowledge/experience of backup systems.Knowledge/experience of firewall systems. Cisco, and Fortinet experience is a plus.Knowledge/experience supporting Windows 10.Knowledge/experience with virtualization is important.If you have worked for an IT firm, MSP, and have familiarity with Managed Services this is a huge plus.Benefits:13th Month PayHMO & Gov't.
