**KEY RESULTS AREAS/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Help Desk Support- Install, configure and troubleshoot MS Office Applications; PC Operating System (ex. Windows 98/XP/2000/7/Mac);- Perform basic troubleshooting PC and network environments;- Conduct research and make use of information resources and knowledge bases at hand, and coordinates with other Help Desk Support Specialists and internal I T colleagues t o provide resolution t o inquiries and concerns.- Comply with t he defined SOP f or all t asks assigned;- Adhering t o t he defined SLA with customers;2. Administrative- Closes tickets as soon as t hey are resolved;- Maintains and updates daily monitoring of deliverables of service;- Prepares and submits needed reports;- Flexibly adjust schedule ensuring 24 x 7 service.- Ensures timely and accurate turnover of activities t o t he next Help Desk team member on duty;- Learning and Development- Expand knowledge on business process and I T related information;- Stay abreast of current technology, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant t o t he team;- Performance of other tasks as maybe assigned.**REQUIREMENTS**a. Education- Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and/or related field.b. Experiencesoftware tools an advantage.- Exposure i n dealing and talking with end customers.c. Skills- Can speak French and English- Organized and able t o set priorities;- Strong interpersonal skills and ability t o deal effectively i n a team environment;- Ability t o grasp system information and technical functions and ability to explain them into layman terms/words f or easy understanding of end-customers;- Strong verbal and written communication skills;- Ability t o organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments;- Has strong customer service orientation;- Proficient i n Windows-based computer operations- Knowledgeable with MS Office, SQL Database, Windows operating systems- Thai language or Portuguese speaking, a plus factord.
