Main Job Purpose:The Export CS Executive oversees export operations-related activities of Unilever Philippines. The primary function of the role is to look after export planning and customer service, innovation project delivery, and inventory management. The key objective is to ensure and improve service levels of exports across all customers and categories, on-time and in-full, while managing cost and cash. The role is the main touchpoint to customers/MSOs, representing Unilever Philippines in the global supply chain environment.Key Accountabilities:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESExport Planning & Customer Service- Ensures smooth running of end-to-end processes to achieve high levels of on-time arrivals at optimal costs.- Consolidates and analyses monthly rolling forecasts from customers- Coordinates supportability with local supply planners and communicates it to the customers (Unilever MSOs), balancing customer service and local supply chain efficiency- Addresses issues with regards to supply supportability- Ensures no demand movement within the frozen period and analyses impact of demand movement within the planning time fence- Serves as the point person in monitoring of critical export for all internal customers- Addresses issues relating to export shipments, such as documents availability, price difference, regulatory concerns, payment issues, etc.- Validates claims and cross-charging requirements with the customers (Unilever MSOs)- Coordinates with ULP warehouse team on concerns with export loading- Support discussions on process improvements and digitization of current export ways of working- Closely coordinates with planners for urgent shipments and unloading prioritization- Updates stakeholders of shipment status starting from pick-up of goods at origin- Pushes for on-time submission of broker and shipping line invoice to ensure on-time booking by Finance.- Works closely with Finance team to ensure all costs are forecasted and accrued accordingly.Innovation Planning- Manages the project network for an innovation requirement of a customer, ensuring its on-time and in-full delivery- Works closely with respective product groups to drive regional-led or global-led innovation projects- Ensures proper transition to minimize business waste and then, works on the correct charging for business waste between the sourcing unit and the customers (Unilever MSOs)- Manages the BMC / intercompany charging with the customers (Unilever MSOs)- Updates stakeholders on the status of the innovation- Collaborates closely with the local team to drive and delivery the project actionsOther Responsibilities- Leads discussion of Weekly Operations Meeting on assigned portfolio/category- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures for the export business- Drives implementation and support the following key corporate initiatives: ICDOT, DOH reduction for export stocks, Container utilization, TP variance improvementKey Competencies:- Customer Focus- Bias for Action- Team alignment- Business Judgement- Real accountability- Self-confidence and integrity- Self-motivation, taking Initiatives- Individual Leadership/Influence- Considerable experience of acting independently.- Negotiating skillsProfessional Skills:ESSENTIAL- Experience in PH exportation, customer service, innovation planning, or supply chain- University degree- Commercial acumen- Cross functional business process knowledge and project managementPREFERRED- Experience in FMCG Importation and/or Exportation- Experience on SAP ERP, APOExperience Required:PREFERRED- 1-2 years' experience in FMCGTravel:As per job/site requirements
