Your Qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of strategic team leadership experience, emphasizing talent development.Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Proficient in communication and can influence partners of all levels.Demonstrated leadership skills enhancing team performance.Capable of business process analysis and recommending apt solutions.Skilled in strategy execution and project management.Adaptable to a dynamic, 24x7 environment, with both strategic and hands-on capabilities.Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with an automation focus.Proven track record in orchestrating complex programs.Experience in process re-engineering and optimization.
