Service Delivery Ops Lead Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery support on the following:                    - Transformation Initiatives                   - Quality and Productivity improvement                   - Client escalations                    - Process assessment to further enhance the existing process                    - other related delivery issues  SME for RTR benchmarks and leading practices  Project Manager / SME for deployment/ assessment of new and existing tools and technologies  Perform capacity planned to understand potential gap on team staffing  OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2 SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least 8-12 years relevant work experience; At least 5-10 years supervisory experience  In depth work background on RTR domain such JE, MEC, FA, IC, Financial reporting etc.  Finance related education  Knowledgeable on SAP, Blackline, and other related technologies
