: Job description Order work items in the product backlog and facilitate the continuous prioritization of work Owns the policies of the Agile workflow to help frame decision-making Improve process consistency and process governance Facilitate discussions with stakeholders about value and work prioritization Identify trade-offs between short and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and stakeholder Maintain complete documentation to ensure processes run smoothly Maintain the governance policies used by the team in work reviews and prioritization discussions Monitor Agile processes, facilitate ceremonies and support team on release planning and backlog management Build high performing teams who produce successful deliverables and work effectively via continuous improvement initiatives Strengthen the team's understanding of Agile principles and ensure application of these practices Ensure a sustainable workflow for the team by limiting work in progress Bring transparency to Business, IT, and Operations organizations about the team's progress and Agile processes Maintain metrics and measurements to communicate lead time, work in progress limits and workflow efficiency Foster a continuous learning environment, helping teams adapt to changing circumstances Preferred skills Service Delivery Management Scrum Master Skills Stakeholder Management People Management Qualifications Graduate of Computer Science/IT, Math, Actuarial Science & Engineering Courses At least 5 years of experience doing service delivery management/scrum master role using Agile methodology SAFE Agile trained/experience Advantage: Life Insurance Domain experience/knowledge Job Category:
