We have some exciting growth plans ahead and are looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager based in the Philippines to play a key leadership role in the continued growth of a managed services capability.
You will be the key contact and face of our managed services offering and as such you will be happy to roll up your sleeves, to provide hands-on support to clients across the ANZ/Philippines region and play an active role in managing relationships.
You will work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities and to implement continuous improvements to assist with the growth of the Managed services capability.
Requirements Our ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience: Understanding of IT Projects / Service delivery within a fast-moving and changing environment. Previous Salesforce (in particular SF Marketing Cloud) would be advantageous  Strong account management and client engagement skills  High initiative and a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
