Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service delivery operations within a Global Network Operations Center (GNOC).
Manage infrastructure solutions across datacenters, cloud environments, and network/security systems.
Monitor and improve service delivery performance through KPIs and ITIL processes.

Skills:
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure solutions: datacenters, clouds, networks, and security.
Proficient in managing Operations KPIs such as ticket management, backup completeness, and infrastructure utilization.
Solid experience in ITIL processes and practices (ITIL certification required).
