The Role You will be responsible for : Capacity Review and Reporting, in line with the current and future needs of the business.Defining and executing capacity models, plans and projects to ensure that IT infrastructure capacity is optimized and matched to the evolving agreed needs of the business.Providing leadership in IT infrastructure Capacity Management to meet the business requirements.Ideal Profile You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a Service Management or Business Analyst / Project Manager role.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You have working knowledge of forecastingYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsWhat's on Offer?
