In charge for preparing of both General Job and Periodic Maintenance Service Invoice in consonance with the procedures for payment of service done and issuance of the official receipt.
- Check all the necessary attachments such as parts picking slip and materials slip, accessories and gas receipt if any.
- Verifies the completeness of all the documents needed:
- Warranty Booklet Coupon for 1000 & 5000 km checkup purchased at other dealers
- Purchase Order for fleet accounts
- Vat Exemption Certificate for embassy and diplomats
- Check the discount for costumers with Toyota Mastercard, Servicard, other dealers Discount Card and TMP's Service Promos
- Double Check from the Job Controller if the repair or service of a particular unit has a "final" status prior to printing of Service Invoice
- Print the Service Invoice into three copies (Customer, Accounting and Service Admin) for filling purposes.

Responsible in making Daily and Monthly Sales Report of Service Department
- Gather all the data or information needed such as:
- GJ & PMS Sales
- GJ & PMS Units Received and Released
- Responsible in preparing Daily and Monthly report of warranty booklet for 1000 to 5000 km checkup purchased in other dealer
- Manual input all the coupons provided from the cashiers.
- Daily Submit to Ms. Mary Grace (Credit Collection staff)
- Responsible in checking the Service Board for the unclaimed finished units

Remind all the Service Advisors to release the unclaimed finished units to maximize the customers parking slot

Report to the Manager, if necessary.
