SERVICE & PARTS ADMIN

Overview

Maintain, organized all customer document and files including insurance claim

Ensure that all repair order, system generated sales order is properly accurate and updated

Ensure all report needed by the Department head are prepared and submitted on time

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
 

Following data entry, all relevant documentation is collated in the correct order and filling

Filling of customer service history and records

Recording and filling of all service and parts production including reports

Monitoring and recording of all

service and parts supplier payableIn-charge on department budget/pettycash, payment request and liquidation

Maintaining job, customer data and notes in line with operating procedures to ensure departmental efficiency

Assist team in understanding of the administrative functions required by the repair process

Monitoring, recording all service and parts logistic needs

Perform check and balance on parts inventory

Supporting front-line staff with administrative duties

Perform related work as assigned by immediate superior

 

Skills Requirements

College Graduate or equivalent

Highly Knowledgeable on Microsoft
