Service Advisor

Duties:

• Responsible for an inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments
• Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
• Providing customers with information and advice warranty protections
• Create job estimate and repair order
• Explain technical issues to customers in simple terms
• Service sales generation

Qualifications:
? With degree in Automotive Technology or relative courses
? With NC-II Certification
? With Driver's License
? Proficient in using MS Office Suites and Google Suite
? With knowledge in basic automotive fundamentals
? With good communication skills
? Willing to be assigned in Hino Parañaque Service Center
? Available to start immediately
