Service Advisor

1. Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.2. Consult with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.3. Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary.4. Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.5. Assisting customers when deciding to fix their car through the dealership's shop.6. Informing customers of service changes or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.7. Internally coordinating service work to adhere to commitments made to clients.8. Estimating cost and turnaround time and maintaining customer updates to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.9. Carry out other tasks within the aftersales department which may be required from time to time by the manager.
