Service Advisor

Helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership.
Acting as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service.
- Responsible for the entire customer service experience from the service drive until the vehicle is turned back over to the customer; serves as a liaison between customers and technicians.
- Processes work order and provide accurate estimates on services or repairs needed.
- Effectively communicates to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance; constantly monitors and provides updates to customers on the status of their vehicle under repair.
- Carefully inspects job done and pricing accuracy.
- Edits and finalizes work orders for billing purposes.
- Follows up accounts receivable.
**Qualifications**
- College graduate (of any course) with automotive background or inclination.
- Short course certification in automotive-related courses (NCIII) is an advantage.
- Must know how to drive (with driver's license codes 1, 2).
- Automotive skills are an advantage.
