Forecast Timing of Preventive Maintenance Service that comforts to the Service Level Agreement Maintenance Matrix
Responsible in Communicating and arranging with identified customer the execution of monthly preventive maintenance sales activity plan.
Assist and satisfy customer requirements through fleet management total support and aftersales support
