Service Administrator

A Service Administrator is expected to:

Job Setup from Plumbing/Electrical inboxes
Approx 700 jobs per month 50 hours/month. Invoicing
Approx 700jobs per month 60hours/month Claiming in external client portals Sending invoices from simPRO to client Routine Maintenance invoicing
Approx 150 jobs per month 30 hours/month Simply counting how many items were tested and making notes in a spreadsheet if something has failed. Then invoicing qty x rates Contact schools to confirm RM dates
10 - 16 hours max per month, to be completed approximately the 18th of each month. Once the Perth-based Service Administrator has scheduled dates in simPRO, the offshore-based Service Administrator to email schools with the dates and ask for contact details. This would simply be using an email script and updating the date/time. Example attached.
