Service Admin Specialist

1.
To prepare various reports on the dealership such as: (Daily Performance Reports, Weekly Performance Reports, Monthly Productivity Reports (Technician Efficiency & Productivity)
2.
Compiles and maintains a complete and systematic central file of the operational activities of the department.
3.
Ensures availability of standards service uniforms (Technicians, Car Jockey's, Checklister) and other logistical requirements necessary for workshop operations.
4.
Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering or any Business Course.
Experience At least 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership
Automotive Products Knowledge
Familiarity in automotive components and its functions.
