Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurate and meet guest expectations.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Guest Service: Provide excellent service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Payment Processing: Handle payments and process transactions accurately.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional service and handle guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, College Degree, or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
