JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify the latest trends and insights to analyze data results and accomplish maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Analyze day by day website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns effectively.
Track essential SEO metrics including organic traffic, engagements, conversion rates and time spent on page.
Manage the campaign costs by assessing monthly costs and reconcile errors.
Optimize landing pages for search engine advertising by conducting keyword discovery and other optimization tasks.
Research and execute search engine optimization suggestions.
Examine and analyze competitor advertising links.
Create and execute a link building strategy.
Develop an SEO strategy for all the activities to improve traffic to the website.
Work with editorial and advertising teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Write effective SEO friendly content for blogs, journals, websites, and social media accounts.
Stay up-to-date knowledge of factors for ranking in search engine results and best practices in the SEO industry.
Program in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure the site is accessible and easy to follow and for increased interaction with visitors - this may involve working on video and PDFs
Run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase revenue through sponsored online advertising
Make technical recommendations to developers
Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building
Use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to your content

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or relevant field.
Proven 3+ year work experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role.
Professional certification of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a must.
Demonstrate familiarity with A/B testing.
Thorough understanding of conversion, online customer acquisition, and performance marketing.
Thorough knowledge of analytical tools such as Moz, Google Analytics, Web Tends, or similar.
Working knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Exceptional knowledge of keyword research techniques.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Must be willing to work Full Onsite in Muntinlupa
