As SEO Specialist you'll have experience developing and delivering SEO plans that produce predictable and repeatable results for clients. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work alongside a small but mighty team who are passionate about analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, programmatic media, content, and email.
What You'll Do Setup and manage SEO campaigns. Identify SEO opportunities for clients. Conduct SEO site audits. Comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities and guide content creation. Develop and deliver strong on-page optimisation strategies. Implement off-site optimisation strategies and link analysis. Optimise website content, landing pages, and paid search copy. Direct off-page optimisation. Lead on problem solving (especially technical or code issues). Help educate colleagues and clients on the latest in SEO Identity new tools and tactics to better support clients Contributing positively to the culture and wellbeing of the team Manage data collection across multiple platforms, such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Search Console / Webmaster Tools, Google Keyword Planner and Page Optmizer Pro etc. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in search, analytics and technologies. Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion code and tracking pixels. Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation. Specific Skills Include 4 years + of professional SEO experience. Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies. In-depth knowledge of the latest platforms, tools, and best practices in SEO. Strong technical capability Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Curious analytical thinker who takes ownership of learning and solutions. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications, and active listening Detail oriented with commitment to continuous improvement.
