Job Title: Virtual Assistant - SEO & Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and lead generation for our solar program.
-Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
-Optimize ads and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM).
-Conduct regular audits of website content, ensuring it's optimized for SEO best practices.
-Collaborate with the email marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of B2C campaigns.
-Track, analyze, and report on SEO and SEM performance metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
-Knowledge of the Australian B2C solar market is a REQUIRED.
-Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Google Ads campaign management.
-In-depth understanding of keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO techniques.
-Experience optimizing landing pages and ad content for higher conversion rates.
-Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other SEO/SEM tools.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
