Phoenix Support Services, located in the Philippines, is the in-house support center of Advanced Digital Media Services—a startup full-service digital marketing company in the U.S.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform keyword research including discovery, expansion, and optimization of keyword?opportunities to drive the most valuable traffic
- Analyze keywords and backlinks of competitors?
- Track, report and analyze website analytics
- Track the impact of SEO and content initiatives, and create and analyze progress reports
- Review and approve meta tags (meta title and meta description)
- Set up the Google Analytics global site tag
- Work with the content and web development teams to properly implement SEO best practices
- Manage and expand content marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, blog repurposing, social bookmarking, etc.)
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must have a minimum of one year of solid SEO work experience
- The most recent work employment must be SEO-related
- Must be immediately available to join our team
- Knowledge of SEMrush and Ahrefs is a MUST
- Knowledge of Google tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a MUST
- Knowledge of SEO PowerSuite is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of SEO practices (on-page, off-page, technical) is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to details
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A previous leadership role is preferred but not required
- Must be amenable to work on flexible work schedules (EST and MST time zones)
**System Requirements**
- Must have a laptop/personal computer
- Minimum of 20 MBPS internet connection
- A noise-canceling headset
- A conducive environment for a remote work setup
