We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hotel Finance Trainer. This role involves working closely with hotels across various locations, implementing our cutting-edge software solutions and providing comprehensive training and support to hotel staff. Job Descriptions: You will be comfortable with extensive travel, spending most months on the road visiting different hotel locations.You will have a minimum of a 3-4 years of experience either working at the front desk of a hotel or in the finance department of a hotel. You will be responsible for guiding hotel staff through the implementation process and providing ongoing support. A strong foundation in technology and software navigation is essential for success in this role.You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, answering questions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that hotel staff feel confident and empowered in using our software.You will work closely with our development team to provide feedback and insights gathered from hotel visits, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software solutions. Job Requirements: A minimum of a 3-4 years of experience working at the front desk or in the finance department of a hotel.Proficiency in hotel management software systems.Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.Ability to travel extensively and work independently.Strong communication and teaching skills.Based in Philippines
