POSITIONSUMMARY: Our Technical Support team is on a mission to help families and friends from around the world pay tribute to those they love. By delivering best-in-class services and technical support with the overarching goal of helping customers on their journey from purchase to delivery.
A successful candidate has a strong working background in problem-solving and has a delivery-focused approach to driving customer value. The candidate will need a good mix of support and customer care skills and a deep technical ability to engage on bugs, issues, and customer feature requests to be a hands-fixer type of person. Additionally, this individual should have a good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics so they can be a staunch support resource
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the first line of communication with customers for support calls and feature requests. Design, develop, implement, and maintain WordPress websites. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that customer enhancement projects are completed on time and within budget. Work closely with our web development, and Cloud Ops teams to ensure that all websites are up-to-date, secure, and responsive. Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and themes. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, and customizations to plugins.
