The Role: Senior Warehouse Process Engineer Overview: Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization/manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing, MTM, Ergonomics, Line Design, MPH, Simulation Tools, Cost Analysis, Value Stream, etc.) Ensure the right process in terms of Capacity & Utilization, Quality & Cost of Warehouse and equipment, to ensure the right Delivery and more Productivity from the factory, while cross-coaching to improve the Knowledge, Skill, Capabilities, and Efficiency of Team Members. What will you do? ·Driving performance. ·To lead and deploy all warehouse processes in compliance with LEAN and SPS ·To drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction program ·Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve the target ·Implementing the SPS system. ·Global architecture for Warehouse ·Waterspider loop design and optimization ·Organization for evacuation of finished goods and waste ·Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition ·Ensure safety & ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities ·Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & Warehouse ·Achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain it for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques and be involved in standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing. ·Adapt continuous improvement approach to the MPH and Warehouse to optimize safety, quality, lead time & cost ·Execute ME functions according to the business objectives and policies & procedures. Continuously improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions. Drive down overall cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, head counts, administration expenses, material scrap Who would be successful? ·Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics) ·At least 5-6 years of practical experience in the advanced manufacturing field.
