Job qualifications:
"A minimum of 4 years experience with design systems for large and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience where a formal qualification isn't available.
A design System expert and advocate.
Solid understanding of design principles, user experience, user interface design and accessibility.
Expert knowledge of Figma, including shared libraries, prototyping etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work 1 pm-10 pm, Monday to Friday."
