Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and producers, to ensure project goals are met. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and best practices. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation for code and systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field within the industry (or relevant experience). 3-5 years of experience working with Unreal Engine as a game developer. Strong portfolio showcasing work on games and projects. Expertise in Unreal Engine 5, including its systems, blueprints, and C++ programming. Experience in optimization and performance projects in Unreal Engine 5. Solid understanding of project and software engineering principles, including different programming and design patterns. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Passion for games. Bonuses: Proficiency in a wide variety of programming languages.
