About the Job The ideal candidate should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. He/she must have an eye for clean and functional application designs and have superior user interface design skills. The successful candidate must be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Designs must be able to enhance the user experience from a functional and emotional perspective.
Responsibilities: Analyze customer, business, and product needs and requirements with product owners and other related stakeholders.Establish/enhance the visual design style and design guidelines for applications, including features and functionalities.Collaborate in the user requirement gathering process to create appropriate project documentation as it relates to the visual design of the user experience.Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities.Understand product specifications and user psychology.
