Senior Technical Supervisor

Performs preventive maintenance of production equipment.Performs mold verification, sample process development, mold changes and set upsGather data and track MTTR and MTBF of molds and machines.Overall supervision of both molds and maintenance teams with the initiative to conduct continuous improvement projects, both civil and mechanical.Initiate, support, and sustain the equipment & molds in a good condition.Provide strategies and procedures to shorten MTTR (Mean time to repair) and lengthen MTBF (Mean time before failure)Upgrade molds repair and fabrication skills to existing molds technicians to reduce contractor costs. Qualification: Atleast 3 years experience in plastic molding injection industry in supervisory levelFamiliarity with Plastic injection molding machine controls and operationsFamiliarity with tooling equipmentGraduate of any Engineering courseKnowledge in AutoCAD/ 3D Model
